TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 17 July 2026
OVERVIEW
Welcome to mysockslab.com!
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SUPERLIGA LTD, trading as MySocksLab.
SUPERLIGA LTD operates this store and website at mysockslab.com, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience collectively referred to as the “Services”.
mysockslab.com is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein, collectively referred to as these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as orders, personalised products, warranties, refunds and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access the Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or place of residence.
A parent, guardian or other authorised adult may purchase a personalised product for a minor.
To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing products or services, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing information, payment information, shipping information and personalisation details.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide through the Services is correct, current and complete and that you have the necessary right or authority to provide that information.
If you provide the name, initials, number, logo or other information belonging to another person, you confirm that you are authorised to provide and use that information for the purpose of producing the personalised product.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to another person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate descriptions, photographs and representations of our products and services.
However, product colours and appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device, display settings, lighting and other technical factors.
Because our products are manufactured using textile materials, minor variations may occur in colour, positioning, dimensions, stitching and the appearance of knitted lettering.
Minor production variations that do not materially affect the product’s intended use or its conformity with the confirmed order are not considered defects.
Product photographs, visual previews, examples and digital representations are provided for guidance. A preview may not reproduce the exact proportions, positioning or appearance of the finished knitted product.
All product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or product options and to limit quantities where reasonably necessary, including due to material availability, technical restrictions or production capacity.
Personalised Products
Our personalised socks are manufactured specifically according to the options selected by the customer.
Depending on the selected product, personalised socks are sold in sets of 5 or 10 matching pairs.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, all pairs within one set must have the same:
• sock size;
• sock colour;
• text colour;
• personalised wording;
• text placement;
• design specifications.
Different sizes, colours, names, messages or designs cannot be combined within one set.
Customers who require different sizes, colours, names or designs must order separate sets.
Names, initials, numbers and short messages are knitted directly into the socks during production.
The personalisation is not applied using surface printing, embroidery, stickers, heat transfer or sublimation.
The length and format of personalised text may be limited by the selected product, size, placement and manufacturing requirements.
We may contact you if the submitted personalisation cannot be produced as requested.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND PERSONALISATION
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products or services from us.
We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for legitimate reasons, including:
• unsuccessful payment;
• suspected fraud;
• unavailable materials;
• incorrect pricing;
• technical production limitations;
• incomplete personalisation information;
• content that cannot lawfully or technically be produced;
• delivery restrictions;
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Your order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation and successfully process the required payment.
Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for checking the following information before placing your order:
• sock size;
• sock colour;
• text colour;
• personalised wording;
• spelling;
• capitalisation;
• numbers;
• text placement;
• product style;
• quantity;
• delivery address;
• contact details;
• uploaded logos, images or artwork.
We manufacture personalised products according to the information submitted or approved by the customer.
We are not responsible for errors entered or approved by the customer, including:
• spelling mistakes;
• incorrect names or numbers;
• incorrect capitalisation;
• incorrect sizes;
• incorrect colours;
• incorrect placement;
• incomplete or inaccurate delivery information.
If you notice an error after placing the order, contact us immediately.
We will try to correct the order if production has not started, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Changes and Cancellations
Because personalised products are made specifically for each customer, changes or cancellations are normally possible only before production starts.
Once production has started, an order normally cannot be changed or cancelled.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.
If production has not started, we may approve the requested change or cancellation.
If production has already started, we may decline the request because materials, design preparation or manufacturing work may already have been committed.
Personalised Products and Right of Withdrawal
Personalised products that are made according to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised are generally not covered by the standard right of withdrawal based solely on a change of mind.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights if a product is:
• faulty;
• damaged;
• incorrect;
• materially different from the confirmed order;
• not in conformity with the contract.
Returns, replacements, repairs and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Production Time
Personalised products usually require approximately 2–4 weeks for production before shipping.
Production time is separate from delivery time.
Production may take longer during:
• periods of high demand;
• holidays;
• factory closures;
• material shortages;
• technical production delays;
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Production time begins after:
• payment has been successfully completed;
• all required personalisation information has been provided;
• any required design clarification or approval has been completed.
Sets of Personalised Socks
Where a product is sold as a set of 5 or 10 pairs, the entire set is manufactured using the same selected specifications.
Different names, colours, sizes or messages cannot be divided within the same set unless the product page expressly offers that option.
Team, Club and Business Orders
Sports teams, clubs, academies, businesses and organisations may place orders for their members, employees, customers, events or promotional activities.
Large orders, logo orders and special production requests may be subject to:
• separate quotations;
• separate minimum quantities;
• design preparation fees;
• production approval;
• payment terms;
• additional manufacturing conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchasing products does not authorise a customer or third party to represent themselves as an authorised distributor, representative or reseller of MySocksLab.
Customer-Submitted Content
When submitting a name, logo, image, trademark, artwork, slogan or other content, you confirm that:
• you own the content or have permission to use it;
• the content does not infringe the rights of another person or organisation;
• the content does not violate privacy, trademark, copyright or other intellectual-property rights;
• the content is lawful.
We may refuse to manufacture personalisation that we reasonably consider:
• unlawful;
• hateful;
• discriminatory;
• threatening;
• defamatory;
• obscene;
• abusive;
• infringing;
• otherwise inappropriate.
If we reject an order before production for one of these reasons, we will notify you and refund any applicable amount paid for the rejected product.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation.
Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local charges will be displayed or explained separately before the order is completed where reasonably possible.
For international deliveries, customs duties or import charges may be imposed by the destination country and may not be included in the checkout price.
Prices available through our online store may differ from prices offered through other sales channels, custom quotations or business agreements.
Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms.
If there is a conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these Terms, the specific promotion terms will apply to that promotion.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information.
You agree to update relevant information where necessary so that we can complete the transaction and contact you regarding the order.
You represent that:
• the payment information you provide is accurate;
• you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
• the payment provider is authorised to process the transaction;
• you will pay the confirmed price and applicable shipping, taxes or charges.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTION, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Personalised products usually require approximately 2–4 weeks for production before shipping.
Shipping time begins only after production has been completed.
Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
• order volume;
• material availability;
• holidays;
• customs procedures;
• delivery location;
• carrier delays;
• weather;
• transport disruption;
• events outside our reasonable control.
We will provide tracking information when tracking is available for the selected delivery method.
For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods remains with us until the goods are physically received by you or by a person designated by you.
This does not apply where you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided by the customer is incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible, additional delivery or reshipping costs may be charged where permitted by law.
International orders may be subject to:
• customs duties;
• import taxes;
• handling charges;
• local government charges.
Where these amounts are not collected during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient under the rules of the destination country.
Additional information is available in our Shipping Policy.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including our trademarks, brand names, text, graphics, product photographs, videos, designs, layouts, logos, software and other content, are owned by SUPERLIGA LTD, Shopify, our affiliates or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal and lawful purposes.
You must not, without prior written permission:
• reproduce;
• distribute;
• modify;
• republish;
• publicly display;
• sell;
• license;
• commercially exploit;
• create derivative works from;
any material belonging to us or our licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or an unrestricted licence to any trademark, copyright, design or other intellectual property belonging to MySocksLab, SUPERLIGA LTD, Shopify or another party.
The names, logos, product names, designs and slogans associated with MySocksLab are trademarks or protected commercial identifiers and may not be used without prior written permission.
Shopify’s names, logos, product names and trademarks belong to Shopify or its licensors.
Customer-Submitted Designs
You retain ownership of logos, artwork and other original materials that you submit.
By submitting materials for personalisation, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to:
• receive;
• copy;
• adapt;
• format;
• transmit;
• share with relevant manufacturing partners;
• use for production;
the submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to prepare, manufacture, fulfil and support your order.
You confirm that you have all permissions necessary to use the submitted material.
We will not publicly use an identifiable customer name, logo, personalised wording or completed product for promotional purposes without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, your permission.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to tools operated by third parties.
We do not necessarily control or monitor these tools.
Access to third-party tools may be provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to applicable law.
Your use of third-party tools is subject to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant provider.
You should review and understand those terms before using the tools.
We may introduce new features, services or resources in the future.
Such features will form part of the Services and will be subject to these Terms unless separate terms are provided.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links, integrations or materials provided by third parties.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
When leaving our Services to visit a third-party website, you do so subject to that third party’s terms and policies.
You should review the relevant terms, privacy policy, return policy and other conditions before completing a transaction with a third party.
Questions or complaints regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the relevant third party.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
mysockslab.com is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, all purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and SUPERLIGA LTD, trading as MySocksLab.
Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the manufacture, quality, delivery or performance of products purchased from us.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, damages or liabilities arising directly from sales transactions between you and MySocksLab.
Nothing in this section limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy:
https://mysockslab.com/policies/privacy-policy
Certain personal information is also processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify’s privacy policies.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information submitted through the Services may be transmitted to Shopify and authorised service providers, including providers located in countries other than the country in which you live.
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we, Shopify, our manufacturing partners, payment providers, delivery companies and other service providers process personal information.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you submit reviews, suggestions, comments, ideas or other general feedback about the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that feedback for legitimate business and promotional purposes.
You confirm that:
• you own or have the right to submit the feedback;
• the feedback does not infringe another person’s rights;
• any compensation or incentive connected with the feedback has been disclosed;
• the feedback is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
We are not required to:
• keep general feedback confidential;
• pay compensation for unsolicited feedback;
• respond to every submission.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, obscene, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
Personalised Designs Are Not General Feedback
Customer names, personalised wording, logos, artwork and production files submitted solely for manufacturing an order are not treated as public feedback.
We will use such materials only as reasonably necessary to:
• prepare the design;
• manufacture the product;
• fulfil the order;
• provide customer support;
• resolve order-related problems;
• assist with a repeat order requested by the customer.
We will not publicly display identifiable personalisation or customer logos for promotional purposes without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, permission.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to:
• product descriptions;
• prices;
• promotions;
• product options;
• shipping charges;
• transit times;
• availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or cancel an order where material information is inaccurate.
If we cancel an accepted and paid order because of an error attributable to us, we will refund the applicable amount.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Services:
• for an unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose;
• to violate applicable laws or regulations;
• to infringe our intellectual-property rights or the rights of another party;
• to submit content you are not authorised to use;
• to harass, threaten, abuse, defame or harm another person;
• to transmit false or misleading information;
• to distribute spam, malware, viruses or malicious code;
• to impersonate another person or entity;
• to interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
• to collect another person’s personal information unlawfully;
• to bypass security or access controls;
• to scrape, copy or extract content for unauthorised commercial use;
• to submit unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, obscene or infringing personalisation.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably determine that these Terms have been materially violated.
SECTION 14 – AUTOMATED AGENTS
This section applies where a person uses software or a service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action to access or interact with the Services, referred to as an “Agent”.
Agents must not:
• conceal that access is automated;
• attempt to impersonate a human user;
• circumvent CAPTCHAs or access controls;
• bypass technical restrictions;
• interfere with the Services;
• access the Services after being instructed not to do so.
Where technically applicable, an Agent should identify itself in requests and operate in accordance with applicable laws and our technical requirements.
We may limit or block automated access where necessary to protect the Services, customers or our legal rights.
SECTION 15 – TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including where:
• these Terms have been materially violated;
• fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected;
• the security of the Services is threatened;
• required by law.
Termination does not remove obligations or amounts that arose before termination.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions relating to intellectual property, customer-submitted content, liability, disputes, privacy and payment obligations.
SECTION 16 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information through the Services.
However, general information provided on the website is not guaranteed to be complete or suitable for every individual purpose.
Except where expressly stated and subject to applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be:
• uninterrupted;
• error-free;
• continuously available;
• free from technical problems.
Any mandatory legal guarantee applicable to goods sold to consumers remains unaffected.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by:
• customer-provided errors;
• unauthorised use of submitted logos or content;
• incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer;
• misuse of the product;
• events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
• fraud;
• fraudulent misrepresentation;
• intentional misconduct;
• personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded;
• mandatory consumer-protection obligations;
• failure to provide goods that conform to the contract;
• any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty, remedy, liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
SECTION 18 – RESPONSIBILITY FOR CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses or third-party claims directly resulting from:
• your unlawful use of the Services;
• your material breach of these Terms;
• your submission of content that infringes another person’s rights;
• your use of a logo, trademark, image or design without permission.
This section does not apply where the loss or claim results from our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
We will notify you of a relevant third-party claim where reasonably possible and give you an opportunity to provide information relating to the submitted content.
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
SECTION 20 – WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or any other right.
These Terms, together with the policies and conditions referenced on the website, constitute the agreement between you and us regarding use of the Services and purchases made through the standard online store.
Separate written quotations or business agreements may contain additional terms applicable to team, business, wholesale or special-production orders.
Nothing in these Terms excludes information or rights that must legally form part of a consumer contract.
SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our prior written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may transfer our rights or obligations in connection with a legitimate business reorganisation, sale or transfer, provided that this does not reduce mandatory consumer protections.
SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide the Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
If you are a consumer residing in another country of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection provided by the laws of your country of residence.
Any dispute may be brought before the competent courts in accordance with applicable consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules.
Before beginning formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
SECTION 23 – HEADINGS
The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only.
They do not limit or otherwise affect the interpretation of the provisions.
SECTION 24 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
You may review the current version of these Terms at any time on this page.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:
• our products;
• our Services;
• our production methods;
• Shopify features;
• legal requirements;
• operational practices.
The version applicable to an order is normally the version in effect when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law.
We will publish updated Terms on the website and update the “Last updated” date.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
